NAME,
feyette is the name that she was christened at birth to be called for the rest of her life. of course, most people do not simply address her as 'feyette' but rather as princess or the little fairy or the young queen. any of those are the names most of the subjects call her as when it's to her face. as for personal companions and close relatives, some may get in the habit of shortening her name to either fey (which is more impersonal) or ettie which is more of a family pet name, and feyette regards as one of those things that only people whom are on touching and hugging bounds with her to let her address her as such. not that she is very picky about her names; in fact, if she could, she would let the whole of her kingdom call her simply 'feyette' but since the queen tends to look down on this kind of frivolousness (and feyette is already pushing it with her) she has become a bit stricter about what people call her... when everybody is looking, that is. also, feyette, like the rest of the fairy race has a "real name" that was given to her at birth. this name is 'yggdrasil' which is the norse mythology tree of life. of course, no one but feyette knows her name, which is to be said on her deathbed so she may be received at the heavens instead of the netherlands. {something you should know is that if a queen elfaria is ever made, i will be taking whatever form of name-choice she uses; meaning, if the character account simply goes by 'queen elfaria' i will use simply the title i have now. if she chooses a last name, i will take that up and add it onto my application as see fit.}
AGE,
feyette is a pureblood elf, and as such, is expected to live maximum of three hundred years. at the current moment though, feyette is a blushing one hundred and fourty two, which many in the kingdom regard as far too young to take the throne, especially with feyette's personal capabilities. none the less, she believes in herself, and continues thinking that her youthful insight will bring peace to her kingdom. physically wise, feyette appears either in her very late teens or very early twenties depending on the eye of the beholder.
GENDER,
feyette is obviously part of the female gender, and anyone whom thinks so otherwise will have to deal with a very pissed off, very prissy, very hurt princess, as she puts in a great deal of effort to remain looking as neatly polished and brushed as a future queen should. except, of course, her hair, which is beyond tamablity, and she has long given up on that wistful dream.
ORIENTATION,
feyette tries to always put on a very asexual front, since she (and the queen) both believe in focusing on goals instead of chasing around the tail coats of every elf in the kingdom. this, of course, is not an ouncling true; feyette is very much heterosexual and is not above blushing when a very handsome courter may wink her way. she is though, still far too focused on the goal of becoming better to really pay attention to courters like she did in her wistful youth, so her love life has obviously shot down to nill.
RACE,
feyette has been told that she is a pureblood elf. the sole daughter of queen elfaria, feyette comes from a long line of royalty from ringford. although technically she was born from phozons, it is probably easy to say that she also may have a father, since fairies can biologically reproduce also. any information on her father (or even if she has one) has not been disclosed to feyette, so thus she simply believes her mother's word when she says that she is full elf, and will live to be of an old, ripe three hundred. of course, feyette had always itched to know exactly whom her father was, but she knows much better than to bring up this subject to her mother, so the idea and question is simply buried in the back of her mind. before becoming very serious about stepping up to the throne, feyette has been a very spoiled child; she cast off her duties as a princess and future queen and wandered around, hunting simply tree frogs and enjoying herself. of course, her mother did not approve of this, so after some very long, very tedious feuds and lectures, the queen managed to bore the idea that she would one day rule in the kingdom in feyette's brain. from that moment on, feyette has made herself somewhat of a pest for the kingdom; trying to get involved into political affairs in which she has no real wisdom in, which generally earns her the frowning faces of her whole kingdom. feyette, though, does not care; she is pushing forward with her goals and attempting to learn and clumsily balance her new-found preparation for being queen duties and the frivolous life that she used to lead. in the end, the little princess' intentions are good, but her tactics are not.
ALLIANCE,
i think it is safely said that feyette's alliance is pledged wholy to the kingdom of vanir and her mother. as she readying herself to someday take the throne, it would be scandalous to change sides. after all, feyette has no need to; she solely believes in the path that her mother is trekking, and is willing whole-heartedly to follow it herself.

+POSITIVE,
despite whatever the kingdom currently thinks, feyette does have a few positive traits. being very charming & endearing happens to be one of them, along with her sincere & genuine nature. she is a natural altruist; one of those people whom can not leave a hopeless case. feyette also happens to be very focused & goal-oriented which comes from her long-buried great work ethic. she happens to also be a very open & honest type of person, one that will never lie to you (though she may fudge the truth a bit on rare times). feyette also radiates confidence to the point where it is sometimes scary how she can constantly believe in herself and her own skill; this trait stems from her great resilience ability; feyette is flexible enough to stand up when she's kicked down. she's also very sociable & friendly and does not find it odd to simply go down into her kingdom and pass through the crowds like a normal person, shaking people's hands and laughing with them (much to the dismay of her guards though, of course). underneath all that pretty layers of princessness, though, feyette also has a very bold & fierce nature about her that enables her to get a little pissy when she wants to, but always lives by a certain code of honor that doesn't let her get out of hand.
-NEGATIVE,
feyette, though usually a very likable person, has just as many, if not more, flaws than she has good traits. the first one on our list is that feyette tends to be a bit (or a lot) impulsive; in her youth, this quality was extremely rampant, but has now calmed down just a little bit know that she has begun to get her head in the real world. she also has a very frivolous & fickle nature about her; once again, these qualities have toned down, but every once in a while, feyette will go on a sudden splurge and do something completely crazy (like wander into a crowd by herself) that will evoke the wrath of her mother. she is also nosy & oblivious to the point where she constantly does not even know she is pestering someday, when their faces can be screwed up five ways to alaska. she's very stubborn & bull-headed and occasionally seems a tad spoiled but nothing like she was before. she's also very naive and constantly tries to give people the benefit of the doubt; the 'if they look shady, they are shady' policy does not apply to her. she's far too trusting for her own good and has the grace of an elephant whose feet are tied which makes her quite a sight on the dance floor. her manners are not the best and she sometimes seems very forgetful & airheaded. feyette has a very short attention span and constantly gets bored easily, though she is trying very hard to fix that. she's loud-mouthed & petty and sometimes has a streak of being a bit under-handed & mischievous. she's emotional & can be quite the crybaby when the situation arises, which comes from the trait that deep inside, she is really very scared of everything around her. feyetta also has a habit of over-reacting & overdramatizing which stems from her flaw of being a total worry-wort.
STRENGTHS,
❉ climbing & fishing a very surprising quality for a princess, but yes, feyette is rather the athlete in this perspective. when she was younger, she splurged herself in activities that were not very.. princess-like, and climbing and fishing was one of them. she would spend numerous hours outside in the forest, scaling large trees or trying to catch fish with her makeshift pole. of course, these childish activities have now been put behind her.. for the most part.
❉ small-talk while fey was never the one to give great speeches, small talk is right up her alley. she can keep blabbering on and on about the weather for a period of time, and seems to be able to fling up any subject from the corner of her mind and make it into a conversation. a very useful trait at parties, especially when she is a host.
❉ plowing forward no matter what, fey has the endurance and self-worth to plow on; any obstacle in front of her will be smashed in due time, and she finds it hard to be at a stand-still for long. she's great at getting right back onto her horse and trying until her last dying breath.
❉ hide and seek despite the fact that she can't walk two steps without finding something to trip over, when fey concentrates really hard, she is the master of this game. which proves to be very useful for fey, but not very useful for anyone whom is guarding her.
❉ playing dress-up with a simple childlike love of clothes, feyette loves nothing than to sit in front of the mirror and try on clothes. it's a spoilish hobby of her, yes, but aw well, everyone needs something to pamper themselves with, right?
WEAKNESSES,
❉ public speaking although small talk is her thing, huge long speeches are not. she often gets confused and forgets the lines and gets too nervous to really address the crowds very well, but fey is working hard on it to cure this malady of hers.
❉ domestic chores as you can imagine, fey has had servants to cook for her, clean for her, read to her, make her clothes for her, and so much as to help her bathe. she's ungodly dependent on her royalties, and probably would not stand a day outside of the castle working in the fields.
❉ erh, walking clumsiness is something that she is prone too, especially when she is very nervous. fey sometimes has trouble walking three steps without falling flat on her face, but she's a good sport about it, and always tries to brush it off as a joke. while in her past years she would make a big, overdramatic display of injuries, she has now learned to keep her tripping scratches or bumps to herself, because the kingdom obviously looks down on such a clumsy to-be queen.
❉ keeping her mouth shut secrets are not to be told to fey; she simply can not close her mouth. things often blurt out that she doesn't mean, secrets immerse. she basically is just one huge chatter machine. which is probably another reason you never have her touch liquor.
❉ fighting aha, the little princess does not like to scuffle. it's true- she'd rather cast some magic on your whoop ass like her mother than go full-out and falcon punch you in the face. while she has been trained in many long-range weapons (at her mother's request) strangely enough fey takes a liking to tessens; battle fans, meaning. still, despite all that, she is a weak fighter when it comes to hand to hand combat and would rather run away then stand and fight anyday.
LIKES,
❉ birds, outdoors, animals, plants, opal things, windy days, long walks, good rich food, acceptance, feeling 'in the loop', small words, when people just say it like it is, her vegetables, taming her hair, feeling needed, helping out, smiles, going around barefoot, whispy dresses, dresses in general, pretty things, being neat but also dirty at the same time, idk it's a love/hate thing, clear blue skies, starry heavens, goofing off, melon, good-willed people, being wished 'good luck', dancing like nobody is watching, feeling free, heights, exciting rushes, soup, dew on grass
DISLIKES,
❉ messy things, chaos, gory blood, mornings, bedhead hair, very small children, doing domestic chores, really constricting clothing, milk, fighting, target practice, offensive sparring, long etiquette lessons, lectures, being looked at like she's a total tard, overly defensive people, people who can't take a joke, incredibly sour food, leeks, brushing her hair, wearing hats, writing formal thank you letters, public speaking, workaholics, being a workaholic herself now, personal guards, people who tease her, fear, this feeling of secret. constant disappointment in herself, old people, people who don't say what they mean
SECRETS,
❉ secretly very afraid feyette does a very good job putting up a very good front. some may consider her a very good actress, in fact, simply because she has the quality of being able to screw herself into whatever hole she needs to be fit in (sort of). in this sense, fey puts a very good front that she is very brave; she constantly puffs her chest out to any obstacle, to any adversary, and spits in their eye. in reality, though, fey is extremely afraid. she's afraid of becoming queen, she's afraid of this war, she's afraid of someday leading her nation to ruins and of never being able to have a normal life and of screwing up in ten different ways. in fact, fey can find seventeen things to be scared about before breakfast, but her internal fighting spirit tells her to never show it.
❉ secretly sneaks off well, it's not really a secret so much as she can sneak off. it's a well known fact around the castle and kingdom that their princess has a deep wanderlust. she takes great care in not being noticed too much when she walks the street of her kingdom without any sort of guard, and plus, the people and royal family and servants are so used to it that sometimes, they simply let her do it without any lectures behind it. a few times though, lectures are in place, especially if she is sneaking off to avoid something..
❉ secretly is not as confidant as she seems once more, one of those fake front sort of deals. fey takes in a great deal of effort to always seem so very sure of herself. in her younger years, this was very true; fey had a reputation of thinking that whatever she did was absolutely right and justified, but now a days, she is not so sure. the extremely confidant child of before is now replaced with a wary woman whom is trying to juggle her childhood and adulthood, while keeping a smiling face and not screwing up in front of the whole kingdom.
INVENTORY,
❉ finches the turny mandragora mandragoras, the tiny alive-vegetables that run around in the forests of ringford are a very interesting species that fey had taken a liking to from the start. in fact, she liked them so much that one day, about five years ago, she stole away into the castle a small, baby turny mandragora and hid it in the kitchens, raising it up for about a week with the help of a fellow conspirator, a cook in the fairy queen's service. of course, when the mandragora was found out, there was much discussion on whether to keep it or not, but in the end, fey whined so much that her mother simply let her do whatever. the turny mandragora is now named finches and lives with feyette to this day; it can often be seen jogging around the castle on it's own, and has a small wreath of flowers resting on it's head that symbols that this is a special mandragora; a personal pet of the little princess, so it must not be cooked. for the most part, finches lives in feyette's bedroom in a birdcage that it hops into every night from her bedstand, but there is also small beds around each parlor room where it can rest. the castle has grown used to seeing this little pet of hers, and the cooks tend to spoil it by giving it a small treat everytime it wanders in the kitchen.
❉ perennial, the tessen while most elves deal with long-ranged weapons, feyette instead bears a tessen; a battle fan. the reasoning for this is the fact that she is a very offensive sparrer; although she has extensive training in target practice, feyette was mostly raised to protect herself and be able to block all advances. perennial is a large, three foot across folding fan that is covered head to tow in vines, though seems to be thick enough to stop arrows and swipes of sword. the vines sprout small buds here and there that are most of the time closed. at the end of perennial, there are six projectiles that come in the form of slightly curved, extremely sharp leaves which seem to be made by the elf casters of ringford, out of the same material they make their arrows. these projectiles, though, are not as powerful as regular elf caster made arrows, and also must be made over and over again, since they do not serve as boomerangs that go back to the owner once fired.
❉ fishing pole as feyette was a very adventurous child when she was younger, she had spent much time in the forest goofing around while her guards tried to figure out which tree she was hiding behind. a favorite pasttime of hers became fishing, and one that she even went so far as to make a make-shift fishing pole for herself. it's rather dingy; with a single, gnarled but strong branch that she carved her name, and her family symbol in, before attaching a string to it. the branch is now weather-beaten, and in the days when she used to use it, the string had to be replaced every other time she went fishing, nowadays, though, the pole lays somewhere in her closet, away from sight but not forgotten by fey, whom still feels rather attached to her childhood lifestyle.
❉ blossom circlet her crown, basically, as a princess. it's compromised of a thin vine that wraps around her hair, with gently blooming white and pink lotus flowers sprouting from it. feyette is constantly wearing it, simply because it is required of her.
SLEIGHTS,
❉ petal peg - - - - - - - - - - rank a b c based physical magical range short long type offensive defensive
the leaf-shaped projectiles that are hooked at the end of her battle fan, perennial, are able to be thrown. mostly serves as a physical attack, since it has almost nothing to do with magic. the projectiles do take some force to be propelled, and there is only six of them per battle, mind you. it also means that she has only one shot at a very offensive attack, concluding that when you want to throw one, you usually must throw all unless you have enough time to simply pick it off the fan and throw it, which.. generally does not happen in the heat of the battle. the projectiles are made of the same material that elf casters use to make their arrows, but the power is generally dumbed down, since it is not shot directly from a special weapon. and of course, while fey has extensive training in target practice, it is not always easy to keep track of where six of these razor-blade sharp things go, so it's more preferable when about four people are closing in on you. i
❉ vine clutch - - - - - - - - - - rank a b c based physical magical range short long type offensive defensive
the vines on feyette's tessen aren't just for anything, you know. at times, fey can use vine clutch; the vines on the fan will extend and whip out, sort of like tectacles. this is mostly a defensive attack, seeing as the vines are not strong enough to actually cause much damage to a person unless they stick you in the eyeball or something. this attack is primarily used to disarm someone (of course, it ain't going to be disarming huge battle axes or anything like that) or stop a punch or catch an arrow mid-air, at which point they can also fling the projectile back, though not near the force a good bow could. this attack is also primarily short ranged, because the vines do have a space limit, and they can only go for around ten feet of the area that fayette is pointing to. when this attack is activated, the usually closed buds all around her fan sprout, and become slightly sharp and thick, which helps if someone is close-ranged. the wounds these buds can deal are not bad; they are slightly deeper then a paper cut, basically, and are more of an annoyance factor than anything else. the time limit for this attack is four minute, and it also requires a charge-up time of four minutes to release this attack once more.
